WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if any problems may arise with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for your choice of a refund or replacement. If an item should arrive damaged please notify us within 24 hours of the item arriving so you can be sent a new item or issue a refund. Please submit photos showing the damage as well as your order number to: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our Handling time is 4-6 business days.
If faster shipping is needed, please select a faster shipping method available. Do not select Economic Shipping.
Shipping time is in accordance to each service provider. Items are shipped through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking information is provided once shipped.
Please note the shipping times are estimated, and item weight and dimensions are not guaranteed.
As items are shipped by USPS, FedEX or UPS. Keith & Co. is not liable for items damaged in transit but we do have a satisfaction guarantee policy. If an item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com with your order number, description, and photos of both damaged package and product and we will provide a replacement, credit or refund.
Please ensure at checkout that the shipping address provided is correct. Once the order has been shipped, address cannot be changed. If items are returned to us due incorrect address, shipping will need to be re-paid in order for your items to send back out to the correct address.
